The Ultimate HBCU Tour V Orientation

The Ultimate HBCU Tour V Orientation is required for all tour participants and their parent or guardian touring HBCU's February 19, 2024 - February 23, 2024 with The Elite Travel Co. All students must attend orientation with their parent or guardian in order to join the tour. 

*Out of state students will be scheduled for a virtual orientation session prior to depature. Please check your emails for your virtual orientation date, time and link.

During orientation students and parents will receive an overview of our dailiy tour schedule, time of departure, time of arrival, what students should bring and how they should pack. Students will also be matched with their roommates and behavior guidlines will be reviewed thoroughly. Required documentation will also be completed. 

School notices will be provided during our Student Luncheon, held one week prior to our tour departure and a copy will be emailed to parents on the first Monday following our Student Luncheon. 

Light refreshments will be served. 

If you do not see an orientation date posted for your tour dates, please check back regularly, as each tour will have a dedicated time and date posted for orientation. Kindly check your emails regularly, as reminders are sent to all parents.
