2. What is included in the HBCU Tour Package?
The HBCU Tour Package includes: Transportation, Comfortable Hotel Accommodations (1 bed per student), Breakfast and Lunch daily, On-campus tours to 4 or more college/university campuses, Qualified Chaperones (1:15 ratio), an Elite Travel Foundation Financial Tool Kit with access to over $200k in Scholarships and a Mandatory parent and student orientation.
3. How often do you offer College tours?
We offer College tours to HBCUs each Fall, typically during September and October. Our Spring tour availability is based on demand each school year and the number of students we have from our Fall waiting list. We also offer Custom College tours for schools or organizations that wish to provide a bus trip for their scholars. Our custom tours ensure that students are well-informed, socially impacted, and inspired to begin planning for their futures immediately. For more details or to inquire about booking a tour, please contact us at info@theelitetravelco.com.
4. Can parents attend the tour?
While we encourage parental involvement, we highly recommend that parents consider traveling as chaperones to allow your child to have a "real-life" on-campus experience, mirroring what life will be like after high school. Parents with an interest to join the tour should be prepared for a hands-off experience during the tour to ensure your child gains the most from this opportunity. *Kindly note that all adults interested in attending the tour as chaperones must undergo a background check and interview process.
